1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using the Site or any of the Services — including by browsing, submitting a form, subscribing, purchasing, or enrolling — you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

Separate program agreements (for example, an EntreMD Business School or coaching enrollment agreement) may also apply to specific purchases. If there is a conflict, the specific program agreement controls for that program.

2. Who we are

The Services are provided by EntreMD (“EntreMD,” “we,” “us,” or “our“), a physician-focused business education and coaching company founded by Dr. Nneka Unachukwu (“Dr. Una”).

3. The Services

EntreMD provides business education, coaching, and community for physicians and other professionals, which may include: the EntreMD Business School and other memberships; group and individual coaching programs; courses, workshops, challenges, and events (live and recorded); the EntreMD Podcast; books (such as The EntreMD Method and The Profitable Private Practice Playbook); newsletters; and free downloadable resources. Some Services are free; others require payment. We may add, change, or discontinue Services at any time.

4. Eligibility & accounts

The Services are intended for adults (18+) who are professionals or business owners. To access paid programs, you may need to create an account on our Kajabi-hosted platform. You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration information, for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Enrollment, purchases, billing & refunds

6. Purchases through third-party retailers

Some products — including our books — are sold and fulfilled by third-party retailers such as Amazon. Those purchases are governed by the retailer’s own terms, pricing, payment, shipping, and return policies. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, fulfillment, or policies of third-party retailers.

7. License to use the Site & acceptable use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site and the Services you have purchased or are entitled to, for your own lawful, non-commercial use (or internal business use consistent with your purchase). You agree not to:

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

8. Intellectual property

All content and materials on the Site and in the Services — including courses, videos, audio, workbooks, text, graphics, logos, the “EntreMD,” “EntreMD Business School,” “EntreMD Method,” and “Dr. Una” names and brands, and the podcast and books — are owned by EntreMD or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Except for the limited licenses granted in these Terms, we reserve all rights. You may not use our names, trademarks, or content without our prior written permission.

9. Free resources & downloads

Where we provide free downloads, guides, templates, or printables, we grant you a limited, personal, non-commercial license to use them for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or claim authorship of these materials, and we retain all ownership and intellectual-property rights in them.

10. User content & community conduct

If you post content — for example, in a member community, comment, review, or survey — you retain ownership of your content but grant EntreMD a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, reproduce, and display that content in connection with operating and promoting the Services (for testimonials, we will use your content consistent with any consent you provide). You are responsible for your content and agree it will not be unlawful, infringing, confidential (of others), harassing, or otherwise in violation of these Terms. We may remove content and restrict members who violate these Terms or community guidelines, and we may respond to intellectual-property complaints (including takedown requests) as required by law.

11. Affiliate & advertising disclosure

EntreMD advertises its programs online (including on Meta/Facebook, Instagram, Google, and YouTube). From time to time we may include affiliate links or promote third-party products, and we may earn a commission or other compensation if you purchase through them — for example, EntreMD may participate in the Amazon Associates program in connection with book links. Where an affiliate or sponsored relationship exists, we will disclose it consistent with FTC guidelines. Our recommendations reflect our genuine opinion regardless of any compensation.

12. Results & earnings disclaimer

EntreMD provides business education and coaching. Any examples of results, revenue, practice growth, income, or success — including testimonials, case studies, and figures shared on the Site, in ads, in the podcast, in books, or in our programs — are not guarantees or promises of any specific outcome. They are illustrative and reflect the experiences of specific individuals whose results are not typical and depend on many factors outside our control, including your effort, skills, market, timing, and business decisions. We do not guarantee any level of income, revenue, profit, or business result. You are solely responsible for your own business decisions and results. By using the Services, you accept full responsibility for your outcomes.

13. No professional advice

The Services provide general business education and coaching for informational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, or medical advice, and no coach–client, attorney–client, or other professional-advisory or fiduciary relationship is created by your use of the Services. You should consult qualified professionals licensed in your jurisdiction before making legal, financial, tax, or medical decisions for your business or practice.

14. Third-party platforms & links

The Services rely on and link to third-party platforms — including Kajabi (which hosts our landing pages, checkout, and membership area), Stripe/PayPal (payments), Amazon (books), our podcast host, and social media. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party sites, content, products, or services, or for any loss arising from your use of them.

15. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ANY CONTENT IS ACCURATE OR COMPLETE. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

16. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EntreMD AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EntreMD and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.

18. Use by minors

The Services are directed to adults and are not intended for children. If you are under 18, you may use the Services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms. See our Privacy Policy regarding children’s information.

19. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share personal information and describes your privacy rights and choices.

20. Changes to the Services & these Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; when we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

21. Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at hello@entremd.com and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally. Subject to that, you agree that the state and federal courts located in Gwinnett County, Georgia will have exclusive jurisdiction and venue, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there — except that either party may seek injunctive relief for intellectual-property or unauthorized-use claims in any court of competent jurisdiction.
